1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mnaresearch.com (the "Hub"), including its content, links, branding, and information. By accessing or using the Hub, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimers & Risk Disclosure, each incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, do not use the Hub. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Hub.
2. MNA Research and Its Products
MNA Research, LLC is a market research and quantitative analytics company that develops proprietary derived analytical layers, quantitative models, market-structure analytics, visualizations, classifications, levels, regimes, and other model-generated outputs.
MNA Research currently operates the following products and brands:
- Axiom — axiom.mnaresearch.com
- Levels — levels.mnaresearch.com
- Praxis — praxis.mnaresearch.com
The Hub itself is an informational company page. It does not itself provide product accounts, subscriptions, application processing, or payment processing. Product availability, features, pricing, enrollment, account rules, billing, refunds, and access are governed by the applicable product's current terms.
3. Product-Specific Terms and Order of Control
When you access or use an MNA Research product, you are also subject to that product's separate Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, disclaimers, and any other terms presented in connection with that product.
If a product-specific term directly conflicts with these Terms on a matter specifically addressed by the product-specific term, the product-specific term controls for that product and that matter only. These Terms otherwise remain effective for the Hub and for company-wide matters that are not expressly displaced by the applicable product-specific terms.
4. Informational and Analytical Use; No Advice
MNA Research provides information, research, analytics, and model-generated outputs. Nothing on the Hub or in any MNA Research product is individualized investment, financial, trading, legal, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, instruction, or offer to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or otherwise transact in any security, option, future, index product, derivative, or other financial instrument.
Labels, scores, colors, alerts, levels, zones, classifications, regime states, model conditions, directional descriptors, dealer-positioning estimates, GEX or gamma-related analytics, and similar analytical outputs do not become trade instructions merely because they may be displayed prominently, update frequently, or resemble terminology commonly used by traders.

5. Limited License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, MNA Research grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Hub for your own lawful, personal or internal informational use.
No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
The Hub and its contents—including text, graphics, interfaces, logos, trademarks, trade dress, layouts, compilations, visualizations, model names, terminology, methodologies, derived analytics, analytical structures, and other proprietary material—are owned by MNA Research, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and other laws.
Underlying third-party market data, platform content, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. To the extent legally protectable, MNA Research retains its rights in its own proprietary selection, organization, transformations, derived analytical layers, models, outputs, presentation, and other original material built from or around permitted data sources.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Except with MNA Research's prior written authorization, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit Hub content;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically capture, bulk-download, record, index, or extract content or outputs through automated or manual means for republication, dataset creation, model training, competing services, or commercial use;
- reverse engineer, decompile, reconstruct, infer, discover, or attempt to replicate proprietary models, rules, methodologies, transformations, weighting systems, or analytical logic from displayed outputs;
- use bots, scripts, automated agents, headless browsers, unauthorized APIs, or other tools to access or extract content in a manner not expressly authorized by MNA Research;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication, rate limits, technical restrictions, product gating, invite-only controls, or security measures;
- remove, obscure, alter, or misuse copyright, trademark, attribution, proprietary, or legal notices;
- use MNA Research names, logos, model names, product names, or confusingly similar marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or origin without permission;
- use Hub content to build, train, validate, market, or operate a competing commercial product or service where doing so infringes or misappropriates MNA Research rights; or
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, probe, or compromise the Hub, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected service.
8. Third-Party Data, Platforms, Links, and Services
MNA Research may use, display, reference, or depend on information, services, infrastructure, or technology supplied by third parties, including market-data vendors, hosting providers, payment processors, social-media services, analytics or security providers used on product sites, and charting or distribution platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MNA Research does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, security, acts, omissions, outages, modifications, or discontinuation of third-party services.
Use of a third-party platform to display or distribute MNA Research analytics does not, by itself, imply that the platform sponsors, endorses, operates, or is responsible for MNA Research or its analytics.
9. Changes, Availability, and Suspension
MNA Research may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Hub at any time. Content, product descriptions, links, branding, features, and availability may change without notice.
MNA Research does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Hub or any linked resource.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HUB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." MNA RESEARCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RELIABILITY.
MNA Research does not warrant that content will be accurate, current, uninterrupted, synchronized, free of errors, or suitable for any particular trading, investment, or other decision.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MNA RESEARCH, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST REVENUE; LOST OPPORTUNITY; LOST DATA; TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES; OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE HUB, ITS CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION.
For a claim arising solely from your use of the free Hub and not from a paid MNA Research product, MNA Research's aggregate liability will not exceed $100 or the minimum amount that applicable law requires, whichever is greater. Any different liability limitation expressly stated in applicable product-specific terms controls for claims arising from that product.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Assumption of Risk
You are solely responsible for your own financial, trading, investment, legal, and tax decisions. Financial markets are inherently risky. Your use of MNA Research information or analytics does not transfer your risk to MNA Research, and MNA Research is not responsible for losses resulting from transactions you choose to enter, avoid, size, modify, or exit.
13. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MNA Research, LLC and its owners, managers, members, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your unlawful use of the Hub, your violation of these Terms, your infringement or misappropriation of another party's rights, or your misuse, republication, extraction, or commercial exploitation of MNA Research content.
14. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Control
MNA Research will not be responsible for delay, interruption, degradation, or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including market disruptions, exchange or vendor outages, telecommunications failures, cloud or hosting incidents, cybersecurity events, power failures, governmental actions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or failures of third-party platforms or data providers.
15. Governing Law; Exclusive Florida Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.
Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Hub or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida, or, if federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the federal court having jurisdiction over Broward County, Florida. You and MNA Research consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE HUB.
16. International Access
The Hub may be accessible from locations outside Florida or outside the United States. MNA Research makes no representation that the Hub or any MNA Research product is appropriate, permitted, or lawful in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with laws and restrictions applicable to you.
17. Changes to These Terms
MNA Research may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date identifies the latest revision. Changes become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Hub after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
18. Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without MNA Research's prior written consent. MNA Research may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, transfer, or other lawful business transaction.
For the Hub, these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimers constitute the agreement concerning the subjects they address. Product-specific terms remain separately applicable to the relevant product.
