1. Informational and Analytical Purposes Only
MNA Research develops and publishes market research, quantitative analytics, derived analytical layers, models, visualizations, structural levels, classifications, regimes, estimates, and related information for informational and analytical purposes.
Nothing provided by MNA Research constitutes individualized investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, instruction, or offer to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or otherwise transact in any security, option, future, index product, derivative, or other financial instrument.
2. No Advisory, Brokerage, Execution, or Fiduciary Relationship
MNA Research does not undertake to act for you as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, execution venue, portfolio manager, financial planner, discretionary manager, or fiduciary.
Use of MNA Research does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, brokerage, portfolio-management, or execution relationship. MNA Research does not know your complete financial circumstances, objectives, tax situation, investment horizon, portfolio, account restrictions, liquidity needs, or risk tolerance.
3. Analytical Outputs Are Not Trade Instructions
For purposes of this disclosure, "Analytical Outputs" includes, without limitation, model states, calculated levels, zones, scores, alerts, classifications, regime labels, thresholds, heatmaps, maps, dealer-neutral estimates, gamma or GEX-related measurements, charm or vanna-related analytics, structural markers, directional descriptors, volatility analytics, historical comparisons, and other derived outputs or visualizations.
An Analytical Output does not become a recommendation or instruction merely because it:
- uses directional or descriptive terminology;
- changes color or status;
- triggers an alert or condition;
- updates frequently;
- identifies a level, zone, threshold, state, or regime; or
- resembles terminology traders sometimes use when discussing potential setups.
MNA Research does not direct users to enter, exit, size, or manage a particular position based on an Analytical Output.
4. Models, Methodologies, and Derived Analytics Have Limitations
Models simplify complex markets and depend on assumptions, formulas, transformations, data inputs, classifications, thresholds, and implementation choices. Any of these may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for a particular environment, or affected by conditions the model does not capture.
A calculated level, zone, classification, model state, or other output is not a guarantee or representation that price will reach, stop at, reverse from, accelerate through, remain near, or otherwise behave in relation to that output. Outputs may move, disappear, change classification, conflict with one another, or fail to correspond with later market behavior.
Historical model behavior does not guarantee future performance.
5. Market Data, Derived Data, and Calculation Risk
MNA Research may rely on licensed or permitted third-party market data and other information sources to create proprietary derived analytics. MNA Research does not guarantee that any underlying or derived data is accurate, complete, current, synchronized, correctly mapped, error-free, or continuously available.
Errors may arise from data vendors, exchanges, network conditions, symbol mapping, timestamps, corporate or contract events, delayed or missing fields, calculation logic, software defects, caching, data normalization, feed interruptions, or other causes.
An analytical display may therefore be wrong even when the software appears to be functioning normally.
6. "Live," "Real-Time," and Similar Descriptions
When MNA Research uses terms such as "live," "real-time," "current," "streaming," or similar language, those descriptions refer to the intended operating mode or connected-data nature of the applicable feature. They do not guarantee zero latency, exchange-level timestamp equivalence, continuous connectivity, immediate propagation, perfect synchronization, or freedom from stale, delayed, frozen, missing, revised, or erroneous information.
Do not use MNA Research as the sole source for an order-entry, order-cancellation, risk-control, expiration, exercise, assignment, or other time-sensitive brokerage decision.
7. Not an Execution or Brokerage Source
MNA Research does not execute trades, hold customer funds or securities, route orders, provide brokerage confirmations, determine whether your order was filled, or control your broker, exchange, clearing firm, TradingView account, market-data vendor, or other third-party system.
Brokerage platforms and official market sources should be used to verify executable prices, positions, orders, fills, contract specifications, expiration information, account status, margin, and other transaction-critical information.
8. Options and 0DTE Risk
Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for every investor. An option buyer can lose the entire premium paid. Certain option strategies, particularly those involving uncovered or leveraged short exposure, can produce losses greater than the initial amount committed.
Short-dated and zero-days-to-expiration ("0DTE") options can be especially sensitive to small changes in price, implied volatility, liquidity, bid-ask spreads, interest rates, dividends, and the passage of time. Greeks and risk exposures can change rapidly. Market conditions can move faster than a model, data feed, alert, browser, platform, or user can react.
Before trading standardized options, review the current Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options published by The Options Clearing Corporation and consult qualified professionals regarding your own circumstances.
9. Independent Judgment and Verification
You are solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to act on any information. You should independently verify material information through sources appropriate for your purpose and use your own judgment, risk controls, and professional advisers where appropriate.
MNA Research is not responsible for a user's decision to trade, not trade, enter late, exit early, size a position, select a strike or expiration, use leverage, or otherwise act or refrain from acting.
10. Historical, Backtested, Simulated, and Illustrative Information
If MNA Research presents historical, backtested, simulated, reconstructed, hypothetical, or illustrative information, it is provided for research or explanatory purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. Such information may benefit from hindsight, assumptions, idealized inputs, survivorship effects, data revisions, omitted transaction costs, or other limitations and does not represent a guarantee of actual or future results.
Unless expressly identified as actual results, examples should not be interpreted as actual customer trading results or as a promise that similar outcomes will occur.
11. No Guarantee of Results or Market Behavior
MNA Research makes no representation or guarantee regarding profitability, win rate, returns, drawdowns, risk-adjusted performance, market direction, execution quality, or future outcomes. No level, regime, model state, alert, historical pattern, or other output can eliminate trading or investment risk.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Services
MNA Research may rely on or integrate with third-party market-data vendors, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, communication services, social-media platforms, authentication systems, and charting or distribution platforms.
MNA Research does not control third-party systems and cannot guarantee their uptime, accuracy, security, data handling, latency, features, policies, pricing, or continued availability. An outage, suspension, policy change, API change, account restriction, vendor error, or platform change may affect an MNA Research product.
References to, links to, or use of a third-party service do not necessarily imply sponsorship or endorsement by that third party.
13. TradingView and Platform-Delivered Content
Certain MNA Research content or tools, including invite-only script functionality associated with Levels, may be displayed or delivered through TradingView or another third-party platform. MNA Research is responsible for its own proprietary analytical content; the third-party platform remains responsible for its own platform, accounts, availability, policies, charting environment, and services.
Third-party platform functionality may change independently of MNA Research. Access to MNA Research content through a platform does not mean that the platform created, reviewed, approved, sponsored, or guarantees MNA Research's analytics.
14. Praxis — Training Program Notice
Praxis is a fixed-term training and frameworks bootcamp. It teaches an analytical framework for reading market structure using charts, markers, guidance, and historical replays. Any level, marker, or value displayed in Praxis is a teaching reference point. It is not personalized advice, a trade call or signal, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or size any position.
Praxis does not provide trade execution, user-specific position sizing, management of customer accounts, personal-position information, or a representation that any framework, level, or model is suitable for a particular user. Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions and for determining whether and how any information is relevant to their own independent analysis.
15. Service Interruptions and Technical Risk
Websites, data feeds, networks, cloud services, APIs, browsers, operating systems, third-party platforms, and software can fail or become unavailable. MNA Research does not guarantee continuous availability of any page, calculation, dashboard, script, model, alert, or data feed.
You should not structure risk management, order protection, or time-sensitive trading decisions so that they depend on uninterrupted access to MNA Research.
16. User Responsibility for Taxes, Law, and Suitability
You are responsible for determining the legal, regulatory, tax, financial, and suitability consequences of your own activities. MNA Research does not determine whether a product, instrument, strategy, or transaction is permitted or appropriate for you or in your jurisdiction.
17. Product-Specific Disclosures
This page is a company-level disclosure. Additional product-specific terms and disclosures apply:
If a product-specific disclosure directly conflicts with this company-level disclosure on a matter specifically addressed by the product disclosure, the product-specific disclosure controls for that product and that matter. This company-level disclosure otherwise remains supplemental.
18. Limitation of Reliance
By using MNA Research, you acknowledge that market research and analytics are only inputs into a broader decision-making process and that you will not treat any MNA Research output as a guarantee, brokerage instruction, personalized recommendation, or substitute for independent verification.
