Company-Level Privacy Notice

Privacy Policy

This Policy describes privacy practices for the mnaresearch.com company hub. MNA Research products maintain separate privacy policies for their own accounts, billing, applications, analytics, and other product-specific processing.

Operator: MNA Research, LLC, a Florida limited liability company
Scope: mnaresearch.com only
Effective Date: September 14, 2026  ·  Last Updated: September 14, 2026
Important scope note. This Policy covers the MNA Research hub at mnaresearch.com. It does not replace the separate Privacy Policies for Axiom, Levels, or Praxis.

1. Overview

MNA Research, LLC ("MNA Research," "we," "us," or "our") operates mnaresearch.com as an informational company page that identifies and links to MNA Research products and brands.

The Hub does not itself provide user accounts, product subscriptions, application forms, or payment processing. If you use an MNA Research product, the privacy policy published for that product governs the product-specific information it collects and processes.

2. Information the Hub May Process

The Hub is designed to collect minimal information. MNA Research does not currently operate a contact form, account-registration form, application form, checkout flow, or advertising-tracking program on the Hub itself.

As part of ordinary website delivery and security, our hosting or infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information such as:

This technical information may be generated as part of normal web hosting, network operations, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

3. Cookies and Advertising Tracking

The Hub does not currently use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral advertising trackers operated by MNA Research. Ordinary hosting, security, content-delivery, or browser functionality may involve technical storage or logging necessary to deliver the site.

The Hub uses analytics tools to better understand how visitors use the Hub, so we can improve the site. These tools operate on an aggregate, anonymized basis and do not use cookies, so they do not require cookie-consent disclosure under applicable frameworks.

Individual MNA Research product sites may use different technologies or service providers. Those practices are disclosed in the applicable product's own Privacy Policy.

4. How Hub Information Is Used

Technical information associated with the Hub may be used to:

5. Product Privacy Policies

Each MNA Research product has its own privacy practices because product functionality may involve accounts, subscriptions, applications, support communications, analytics, authentication providers, payment processors, Discord usernames, or other product-specific information.

6. Payment Information

The Hub itself does not process payments. Payments for applicable MNA Research products are handled through the relevant product and payment processor, including Stripe where applicable. Payment-processing practices are governed by the applicable product terms, product privacy policy, and the payment processor's own policies.

MNA Research does not receive full payment-card numbers through the Hub.

7. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

The Hub links to MNA Research product sites and may in the future link to external services such as social-media platforms or other third-party resources. When you leave the Hub or interact directly with a third-party service, that service may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy.

MNA Research is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or platforms.

8. Service Providers and Legal Disclosures

Technical information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure, deliver, maintain, or protect the Hub. MNA Research may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, property, or systems; investigate fraud or abuse; or support a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, asset transfer, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

9. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

MNA Research does not currently sell personal information collected through the Hub, and the Hub does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If Hub practices materially change, this Policy will be updated as appropriate before or when the changed practice becomes applicable.

10. Data Retention

MNA Research keeps Hub-related technical information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and protection of rights. Retention periods may also depend on the practices and configuration of hosting or infrastructure providers.

11. Data Security

MNA Research uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Hub. No website, network, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and MNA Research cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's Privacy

The Hub is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. MNA Research does not knowingly use the Hub to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to MNA Research through the Hub, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

13. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and the laws that apply, you may have rights regarding certain personal information, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing. These rights are subject to legal definitions, exceptions, verification requirements, and applicability thresholds.

Because the Hub itself collects very little information and generally does not maintain user accounts, MNA Research may have limited information with which to identify or fulfill a request concerning the Hub. Requests may be sent to admin@mnaresearch.com.

For information collected through Axiom, Levels, or Praxis, submit the request under the applicable product's Privacy Policy so it can be matched to the correct system and records.

14. International Visitors

The Hub is operated by a Florida company in the United States. If you access the Hub from another jurisdiction, information associated with your access may be processed in the United States or in locations used by our infrastructure providers, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes to This Policy

MNA Research may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Hub, legal requirements, service providers, or privacy practices. The "Last Updated" date identifies the latest revision.

If the Hub later adds functionality that directly collects personal information—such as a contact form, newsletter registration, application form, account system, checkout flow, or advertising tracker—MNA Research will update this Policy as appropriate.

16. Contact

Privacy questions or requests concerning the Hub may be sent to admin@mnaresearch.com.
